The present paper deals with the study of infection intensity. Examination of an alimentary canal and associated glands of 153 Calotes versicolar at Aurangabad (M.S.), India. Hosts were collected from different places in the same area during December, 1997 to November, 1999. It revealed that 132 C. versicolar were infected with six different species of trematodes namely, Anchitrema latum, Pleurogenoides travassos, Plasmiorchis pellucidus, Paradistomoides moghei, Plurogenoides arrectus and Tellorchis dhongokii. Intensity of infection is 86.27%.
