First aid for burn injury has been recognized as essential to minimize the aftermath of bodily damage from the fire. Thousands suffer from the painful consequences of not applying effective first-aid treatment. Burn skin is characterized by the following three skin problems: pain, blisters, and skin infections. The study's objective was to formulate a therapeutic burn cream that might treat those symptoms using lidocaine, sodium dodecyl sulfate, and antibacterial chemical combinations of cardamom oil, hydrogen peroxide, ethyl alcohol, and bacitracin. After an emulsion cream base was formulated with distilled water, olive oil, and emulsifying wax, the other ingredients were added and blended thoroughly then homogenized. Then, this ultimate burn injury cream was examined for its moisturization capability, pain-killing strength, blister reduction, and antibacterial strength. Furthermore, the microscopic observations of the emulsion morphology of our burn cream demonstrated the cream’s homogeneity through the even distribution of spherical forms of the ingredients. The cream’s relative viscosity was comparable to other commercial cream products, and minimal weight change in the acorn jelly test confirmed our cream’s moisturization ability. The skin sensations by Lumbricus terrestris from the light and touch reflex test were reduced, proving the effectiveness of lidocaine anesthesia. The blister reduction capability was demonstrated with the Lumbricus terrestris’ bodyweight change. Simultaneously, the cream’s antibacterial strength was evaluated with the zone of inhibition test using four types of bacteria: Micrococcus luteus, Rhodococcus rhodochrous, Sarcina aurantiaca, Serratia marcescens D1. The study demonstrated that our burn cream should work effectively for patients with burn injuries.
