Although a rare form of neonatal obstruction, volvulus of the small-bowel is a serious and rapid life-threatening pathology. However, diagnosis is often delayed by the absence of specific call sign and the presence of a misleading sign. We report a case with an exceptional revealing fashion, observed in a neonatology center of Rabat in a newborn aged 10 days. His case will be discussed in relation to literature.
